Established in 1931, Oklahoma Borough is a community located in Westmoreland County in Pennsylvania. With a population of approximately 788 residents (as of 2020 Census data) we are a small, quiet community with a big heart.

Wednesday 12:00pm - 3:00pm
Thursday 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Oklahoma Borough will hold Trick or Treat on Friday, October 31, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. If you would like to participate, please turn your house light on. Please use extra caution when navigating the Borough that evening! Have an enjoyable evening, and Happy Halloween!
